By accessing or using VaadagaiPro ("the Service"), a rental management software service provided by Jnis Software Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

VaadagaiPro is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for rental businesses to manage inventory, customers, rentals, payments, expenses, and reporting. The Service is provided via web browsers and mobile applications (Android and iOS).

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.

4.2 Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice to subscribers.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.

6. Data Ownership

• Your Data: You retain all rights to the business data you enter into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

• License: You grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned maintenance.

8. Data Backup and Recovery

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jnis Software Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jnis Software Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our platform or sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
